This project consisted of the placement of in situ concrete foundations and floor slabs to 13nr separate new student accommodation blocks at the East Park Campus, University of Exeter on a labour and plant only basis. Also, where required, casting an in situ concrete retaining walls.

This would also include placement and fixing of all reinforcement, provision of temporary formwork, DPM waterproofing, placement of rigid floor insulation and power float finish.

Logistically a very complex project given the gradient on the live site. Additional works were awarded to ourselves as the job progressed which included the formation of 6nr tower crane bases
