Kidspace/Maplewood Hounslow On this site there were two separate projects on which we have been involved with various tasks around the site. Our main packages were to construct foundations on Kidspace building, install drainage across the whole site, construct foundations to Maplewood building, pour concrete to first floor on Kidspace building and finally to form new access road to the site. East Park Exeter

East Park Exeter PackageThis project consisted of the placement of in situ concrete foundations and floor slabs to 13nr separate new student accommodation blocks at the East Park Campus, University of Exeter on a labour and plant only basis. Also, where required, casting an in situ concrete retaining walls. This would also include placement and fixing of all reinforcement, provision of temporary formwork, DPM waterproofing, placement of rigid floor insulation and power float finish. Project Geminor

Project Geminor Hull PackageMainly consisting of a new concrete warehouse ground floor slab with 5m high push walls. Other elements include weigh bridges, hard-standing and other isolated concrete base structures. – Situated in Hull city centre, the construction of a new waste recycling facility. Main slab areas has had to be split into four pours containing roughly 400m3 per pour. During a tight programme the construction of the walls followed directly on from the formation of the slabs. Snow Hill 3 Birmingham

Snow Hill 3 Birmingham Package19 floors of reinforced concrete topping to metal decking to form a new build office development in central Birmingham. Other associated works included casting high level upstands and plinths, as well as casting structural steel plates to the three cores of the building. A very tight project situated in the heart of Birmingham city centre. Pouring twice a week concurrently to each floor consisting of roughly 250m3 per pour.
