East Park Exeter PackageThis project consisted of the placement of in situ concrete foundations and floor slabs to 13nr separate new student accommodation blocks at the East Park Campus, University of Exeter on a labour and plant only basis. Also, where required, casting an in situ concrete retaining walls. This would also include placement and fixing of all reinforcement, provision of temporary formwork, DPM waterproofing, placement of rigid floor insulation and power float finish. Project Geminor Hull PackageMainly consisting of a new concrete warehouse ground floor slab with 5m high push walls. Other elements include weigh bridges, hard-standing and other isolated concrete base structures. – Situated in Hull city centre, the construction of a new waste recycling facility. Main slab areas has had to be split into four pours containing roughly 400m3 per pour. During a tight programme the construction of the walls followed directly on from the formation of the slabs. Snow Hill 3 Birmingham Package19 floors of reinforced concrete topping to metal decking to form a new build office development in central Birmingham. Other associated works included casting high level upstands and plinths, as well as casting structural steel plates to the three cores of the building.
