On this project TCL was responsible for Construction of 3nr lift cores to 8 story new build in the heart of Swindon for Zurich. Installation of concrete topping to metal decking floor plates on 8 levels.
A high risk project including 3 closely situated lift cores and stair shaft. Adapt formwork provided formwork and jump systems for this project which had an extremely tight programme. Upon request by TCL Ischebeck Titan were called to construct the 3rd smaller core. 1nr tower crown provided lifts for 2nr main cores which progressed simultaneously. 34nr cast in steel plates which would eventually take the steel structure had be installed on every lift with precise accuracy, very challenging for the site team especially with the structure being constructed over the winter months.
Weather being the main concern on this project, with the high winds and cold temperatures being a major factor with the progression of the job
